SIENA VILLA Ciolfi (PDL): TOMORROW Nth WRITER OF STUDENTS LEFT HAND ALSO ABLE TO EXPRESS THEIR FUTURE. REFORM OF SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY 'do not harm anyone. WHO HAS THE CHALLENGES TODAY CONSCIOUSNESS dirty politics ...
statement the Regional Councillor of the People of Freedom and the Regional Coordinator of the Young Italy, Tommaso Villa and Valentina Ciolfi, Provincial Coordinator of the Young Italy Siena
"Tomorrow we will see in a city march to yet another useless left-wing student able once again to put in the usual place students with no desire to study with the same and usual lies about Reform attuate dal Governo Berlusconi e dal Ministro Gelmini.
Siamo l'unico governo che ha saputo portare figure at the center of the student and who had the courage of their revolutionary ideas to do with changing a system of education that Italian, old and full of cobwebs and delays imposed by trade unions and teachers sessantottino. Today it is time to reverse some of the few certainties to give everyone a real service training and in step with Europe. The People of Freedom works for students and families, the student left instead of celebrating Christmas with perhaps too many days in advance "

Energy Climate Change: National Behaviors
* Any person with common sense and literate knows that the issue of Climate Change is the most important of all those that humans face.
In conjunction with the conference in Cancun, one of the many useless conferences, the German Watch and Climate Action Network be helpful to publish a Climate Change Performance Index 2011 . This study evaluates and compares the performance of the 57 countries of the world's major emitters of greenhouse gases. While attempts to coordinate an international climate policy fail repeatedly, there are some good performances at the national level. According to the criteria used by analysts and Brazil to perform better than all but Saudi Arabia is worse than that. L 'Italy is to the bottom of the standings.
No nation is excellent and, in particular, no nation is able to reduce CO_2 emissions per capita. So we go wrong. Good reading.

Sull 'Efficiency Electrical Networks
*
criticism is generally more sensible to some advanced renewable energy sources (solar, wind) is that they are intermittent , so they would not be able to deal with continuity and user demand. This is a serious criticism with important implications, while other critics of pseudo-aesthetic impression ...." solar panels are ugly ".... are simply ridiculous and therefore not worthy of attention.
In fact, all sources of electricity are, for various reasons and under different conditions, so much so that all the unreliable electricity networks in the world are subject to blackouts or falls in performance. The same conventional generation plants and block, for example, a fossil fuel plants in the U.S. remains out of service for some 's 8% of the time.
Le stesse intermittenze production of some renewable sources do not seem quite so problematic as shown by experiences of integration of wind energy in electricity grids. Indeed, in England, the peak production of electricity from wind will have its own in the hours of peak demand electricity . And solar energy, either in the form heat and electricity, are possible different methods of storage, some of which have already been charged, capable of releasing energy when the sun does not shine.
course micro-networks will be integrated so that any local deficiencies of one company can be overcome by another. It seems to me that the road is required. In this context the production of electricity from nuclear power plants is anachronism, a dinosaur and inefficient centralized production that is not compatible with flexible and decentralized power grids.
Behind the energy policy choices are thus different world views and how we inhabit the planet.

Efficient Biofuels: Panicum virgatum
* The debate on the effectiveness and utility of bio-fuels is increasingly broad and often divergent opinions.
The characteristics of a good bio-fuel, be it bio-ethanol or bio-diesel, are threefold:
a) must have a good energy balance, meaning that the energy needed to produce one liter of bio-fuels should be much lower than the energy it can extract liter;
b) must, if produced by crop, requiring little water for irrigation;
c) should not interfere with crops for food to avoid turbulence and speculation on the cereal markets critical to the livelihood of most humans.
The production of bio-ethanol from lignocellulosic seems the most promising. In particular, are promising research on Panicum virgatum , a plant widely used in North America, proprio perchè soddisfa a tutti e tre i requisiti elencati .
In order to extract glucose is necessary to decompose the cellulose fibers by enzymatic hydrolysis, but the enzymes can attack the fiber only when the layers of hemicellulose and lignin are removed. This is why it is necessary to treat the biomass mechanically and chemically. These treatments naturally affect the final price of bio-ethanol therefore have to be efficient.
The study referred to analyze, by means of neutron scattering, the structural changes in the lignocellulose of Panicum virgatum induced by a pre-treatment of biomass in hot sulfuric acid. This
treatment is effective in redistributing lignin and hemicellulose to dissolve the increase in the diameter of cellulose. This would facilitate the digestibility of cellulose by enzymes and increase the efficiency in the production of bio-ethanol.

Montepulciano: PDL BACK TO FIRE ON THE SITE
Once again, the PDL of Montepulciano with the intervention of Councillor Ciolfi, returns to shoot on site by voting against the proposal of the Administration's center-left to conclude an agreement with the Foundation Construction International Art Exhibition for the use of the term of nine years (2011-2019), the Teatro Poliziano at a cost of € 40 000 per year.
Do you believe that a given property can be rented in usufruct, why call it convention, call it what you want, but a lease is the owner of the property naked? - Concludes Councillor - We believe that this decision is absurd, the paradoxical and has continued to subsidize a foundation of fact only leads to mind-blowing costs this administration!

PDL BACK TO THE QUESTIONS ON TIA
Increased TIA has affected most of the inhabitants of our community, not the commissioner Angiolini can tell us that the increase rate of 18% of Environmental Health is due the passage of sweeping in residential areas, because the service this year has been subcontracted to Sienambiente why a question arises: why entrust the Municipal Service does not lead to a savings, but even greater burden falling on people's pockets?
An increase of 18% is not insignificant, and an increase for many families is crucial, which is an increase in a time of crisis like the one we are experiencing is unacceptable if we think that could be avoided without doing anything, that is to manage remaining service in the house!
The commissioner, in response to our question, try once again to shift the blame to the cuts the government, well noi non ci stiamo piú, ma quali tagli e tagli se esordisce addossando la colpa direttamente alle sue scelte manageriali?
Purtroppo, invece, la nostra Amministrazione non sembra ascoltare né vedere tali esigenze, ma cerca solamente di tenere in piedi carrozzoni politici, come Sienambiente, che invece di migliorare il servizio e snellire bureaucratic procedures and costs for citizens concern in the opposite direction, ie weigh down the bureaucracy and the financial burden, but failed to improve quality and efficiency of service.

High Quality Tourism in Malta
*
Malta is, in a nutshell, a major focus of Some Contradictions Affecting Several contemporary societies. The former British colony (independent since 1964) Hosts More Than 400,000 people on a tiny area of 316 square kms yielding a density above 1300 Inhabitants per square km, the seventh Highest in the world. Or Rather the fourth, after Removing from the top of list States, Macau and Hongkong (now belonging to China) plus Gibraltar (belonging to UK).
Greatly located in the heart of the Mediterranean, Malta is a main mass-tourism destination getting roughly 1.5 million visitors per year, many of them from England. Besides, foreign investors attracted by a sound and rewarding banking system , have poured their money into the Maltese archipelago and favored real estate growth. As a result the beautiful island, one time rich in biodiversity and endemic species , has been heavily looted to get room for the building sector expansion. Still the island, a blending of Arabic, Italian and English influences, retains so much character and history to make it worth a travel.
Avoid going there since April till half October and rather visit Malta, together with Gozo, in the late autumn or winter season. In Malta, you will get a glimpse of the fantastic as it had to be landscape if you explore the western coastline: reach Mosta by bus from La Valletta and go on walking westward. Take care of the hunters, a true plague in Malta, and hike from the Golden Bay to Fommir Rih Bay.
Smell the scent of the Mediterranean thyme shrubs, watch the sea squill widespread in the coastal guarigues, pick up wild rocket and carrots, get some almonds and will also find snails on the tree branches as they are fond of the leaves. Thus you've done your healthy meal for free. High quality tourism is fun and cheap also in Malta whereas mass-tourism is expensive and boring. Mass-individuals need "travel" agencies to be packed in standard and horrible hotels. In such resorts, the mass-individual will encounter plenty of kin types to mirror his/her insignificance. The mass tourist needs high densities to display and satisfy its stupidity.
Oddly LonelyPlanet guide book highly praises the Radisson Blu Resort dominating the Golden Bay in North-Western Malta. This huge as much as awful building is an eyesore scarring the Bay as it can be seen from far away. I bet Carolyn Bain had a great, profitable staying at that Hotel but I wonder whether the LonelyPlanet author has a scrap of environmental awareness !
Don't follow LP advice (in this case) and rather stay at Mallia's residence in Mosta. David and Mary promote and practice organic farming in Malta and will be proud to introduce you to the archipelago flora and history.
It is definitely worth spending few days in Gozo which is less densely populated than Malta. Being based in Xlendi , you may easily explore the gorgeous cliffs along the south west coast. Again take care of the hunters, some of them are children, which infest the area shooting the birds. Their stupidity is such that, due to the lack of wildlife, they buy and release pigeons to have some targets to shoot.
Brainless human behavior patterns are widespread throughout the world, some of them are recurrent.
Hike and find fields generously covered by yellow-flowered wild rocket: it is for free and organic, thus take advantage. If you are lucky, you may learn about the rocket virtues from some local beauty who likes harvesting the herb. Also buy a fresh Lampuki from the fisherman at Piazza San Frangisk in the nice island capital Victoria. Freshly milked sheep milk is available at kind shepherds in Munxar. Dinner and breakfast should be tasty, healthy and cheap. The rule of thumb is: the more you avoid restaurants the better you eat. This holds everywhere. Moreover, giving your money directly to the producers you weaken parasitic middlemen in the food distribution chain. From producers to consumers, this is the main recipe to eat well.
From Xlendi, climb up towards north-west and head to Dweira along the coastal paths. Once there you will see, in the Bay, the Fungus Rock islet whose flat top hosts the rare Cynomorium Coccineum well known to the Arabs and later to the Maltese Knights Hospitaller for its medicinal properties. Compare it with the quite similar Cynomorium songaricum widely used in Chinese traditional medicine.
These are just a few hints to make you curious about these places.
The crowds of tourists looking for the all inclusive hotel with swimming pool infest mainly the eastern coast between Bugibba and Sliema. Not to waste time and energy, keep far from that zone also in winter. If you want to know more about nature in Malta and don't like going solo then contact the environmentalist Ms Annalise Falzon . She is the right person at the right place.
In the following, I'll come back to the population density issue which troubles so much several parts of the Planet.

I would like to thank all those who spoke at this conference which I think is a momemnto important to emphasize our presence in the area and our attention to issues related to young people, in particular university, but not only, in fact when it comes to the University of crisis we must not forget that we talk about the failure of a 'whole class, and especially senior managers talk about the crisis that affects all those families who derive their income from the University, which I often instead seems to be forgotten by those political parties who see the university's only source of income.
If we analyze the problem of debt the University is clear that those responsible are to be found in a lobby of people who have distant origins of time, comparable to a cancer that affects the University for years and that, as the final act, led to state of collapse today. Taking a quick history on the situation debt of the University, we realize that the origins are again to be found in anything but prudent management of a left that speaks System Siena University in June 2006 the Board approved a final 2005 far from rosy a sheet with a financial deficit of € 33.8 million and debts of more than 150 million contracts with MPS and the Deposits and loans for investment in structures, the first initiative to counter the heavy financial situation was taken under the Prodi government, June 19, 2006, one of the last major decisions of the then Rector Piero Tosi: given the situation thought it well to expand the plant's organic technical and administrative staff of 262 units, with these and other decisions, the descent became "free fall".
today with what we are? We have a university that is forced to sell his possessions to pull ahead, we have a university that provides its employees with salaries only for a few months, we have a university that is not able to provide students with certainty on the path studies, yet the University of Siena from 2005 to 2009 has received 45 million € more than the other Italian universities. Minister Tremonti visiting Siena, nicknamed "the University of Bengodi" prophetic words!
There 's been in crisis because of the usual mismanagement of public affairs that distinguishes the left, a typical example of a system that slowly gets out of hand and leads to collapse, in short, that system of patronage typical government red of our country!
If we pull the money we realize that nothing has been done in recent times in the good name of the University, which administers the left Municipality, Province and Region, let us not forget, it merely sought to shift the blame to the Government, the only administration center-right would ensure that a university of prestige and certainly functional.
In November 2009 he was presented the bill on university reform, a law not yet in place but clear and radical, which is opposite to the unacceptable shortcomings of the university system:
1.Stop unnecessary proliferation of courses (deleted in the past two years have 469 degree useless and expensive).
2.Chiusura of campuses unnecessary.
3.Concorsi assumptions and "transparent."
4.Fondi more to those who deserve them and less to those who wasted (in 2009 have been awarded a fund worth 525 million and the university were blocked recruitment in universities with the accounts out of place).
Our university would have to change things, studying Law, I found myself in front of course anything but helpful, I am referring for example to the right course of regional, rather than the right of local, let us remember that we are already examining right constitutional, rather than bankruptcy law that is merely part of the course of commercial law, also feature exam for the undergraduate law degree, rather than law and Islam, another course that is nothing but a photocopy of part of the program right Church. At first glance, a novice might ask, what are all these courses, what is in the same course needless to multiply the teaching materials that could deepen the student more interested in private, perhaps even with the support of the professor as a research staff? Still has a purpose, to ensure that desks and chairs to friends and family, yes it is now the University a poltronificio. So one wonders, why the University of Siena goes to the streets to demonstrate? Because the left-wing students demonstrated against the bill Gelmini?
We want a university where merit is rewarded, we do not want to read, as was the case Nov. 14, 2008 in The Economist, one of the most influential magazines in the world, the Italian university system is described as "a corrupt system , inefficient and poorly managed, however, that resists change, requires a change urgent. Five universities in bankruptcy. The whole system collapses. ". We would rather go back in the world rankings at the top, as opposed to what they tell us our political opponents, we want young people prepared and able to deal with the world!
In Siena, in particular, we should invest in the revitalization of the University, the scenario has changed today because we have a 'University, which is no longer what it was, until recently, a university reference to the southern middle class that inscribes its children in that small island was happy that Siena small quiet town in central Italy with a renowned university. Today members decreased visibly, the managerial choices are nothing short of appalling. We need a plan to relaunch in the round that interissi the training plan, but also the lives and social relations with the Siena students who invest in their future. The revival of one of the oldest Italian universities, a relatively small institution that has substantial external resources, must affect their teaching, with a return to study courses focused and quality. In its annual ranking published by Il Sole 24 Ore, Siena occupies the 38th position among the state universities, we must return to the top, go back to being a university on a human scale that gives the possibility of a culture and an all-round degree of prestige. We must therefore repudiate the trend that will take straight to the creation of a diplomificio, where the quality of service and education takes a back seat and where the only result is to graduate to more people but to encourage the registration, even students with low motivation and without the slightest interest in the future for new graduates and the skills needed requirements to enter the world of work.
I hope, therefore, that the system changes, you can go back to talking to Siena in the collective imagination as a small-town university, quiet town in central Italy where the bourgeoisie of the South to enroll their children because it is safe to find a city and a 'University on a human scale and at least qualitatively to the top of national rankings.

In our university, as in many other universities del Paese, gli studenti di sinistra hanno manifestato e stanno manifestando, proprio in queste ore, contro il ddl Gelmini.
E' paradossale che si manifesti contro un disegno di legge che vuole limitare gli sprechi proprio a Siena; la nostra Università, infatti, è uno degli atenei sull'orlo della bancarotta proprio a causa di una cattiva amministrazione che fino ad oggi ha confuso l'autonomia con l'anarchia, senza pensare a quello a cui si andava incontro; l'Università di Siena, infatti, lo sanno tutti è sull'orlo del baratro e sono questi gli eventi che devono farci riflettere, in una situazione come la nostra se non vengono prese misure drastiche e a volte anche coraggiose, le soluzioni non possono esserci, non possiamo pensare to continue to sell our "family silver" as he called the rector Riccaboni to our conference that was held last Tuesday in the Hall in the Palace of Aurora Province, and you are holding a 'University, which produces every year just thirty-five million debt, this is not believed to be the best solution, rather we believe that the solution must be sought in a restructuring plan, serious and responsible, perhaps shared with the forces of government and on the basis of their Ddl Gelmini.
In contrast, the fact that support students and leftists our government does not want to take hostage the future of young people, indeed want to train young people in full and responsible Universities and schools are able to train young people who can deal with the world!
protests these days, seem absolutely irresponsible and devoid of all meaning, especially in a city like ours, where so far the resources have been squandered and where if the intervention is not strong and resolute we will be bankrupt in less than no time!
Another point, in our view fundamental, it is often confusing at best, often deliberately, the deficit with the University ddl Gelmini, well it's time for clarity, we can no longer hear that the University if you have this situation is the fault of the government, indeed the Government is working in the opposite direction, it working hard and are taking an interest in order to give a positive change in this situation, but no one can claim that it comes from Rome and solve, autonomy is a beautiful word that everyone likes, but also brings many responsibilities and these responsibilities Siena is just that to take on this burden, creating the prospect of downsizing and consolidation that must begin by the University itself.
We accept the protests, but we do not accept the indiscriminate and irresponsible protests that are made just because it is mandatory stand against the government.
Just recently in the UK students are protesting against increases in taxes, in Italy, paradoxically, a protest against government who does not want to get their hands into the pockets of citizens and who wants to save the system from total collapse is now rotten!

Breakfast at the bar Obese and Food Quality
* A 'Inquiry into the station bar published four years ago by Altroconsumo were remembered as more than 10 million Italians are "breakfast bar" at least twice a week. L 'is a slang expression precisely because it expresses a' habit of mass (just passing the bar in any country to score so many pins on two feet with his hands being taken over cappuccino and croissant ... lively they say!).
A 'investigation other cereals for breakfast published 2 years ago by the same group of consumers revealed as the stuff produced by multinational food was a hit of sugar, fat and salt. Whether we have breakfast at home or at the bar, the Italians start their day gulping down junk. So much so that Italian children are the most obese in Europe and both adults and children are often constipated, diabetes (3 million), allergic to many things ... do not digest, and so have a stomach ache . It 's funny the people complaining.
the light of facts known and documented by 'World Health Organization , it is ridiculous the widespread belief that "Italians eat well." The absence of a culture of breakfast is a national macro-defect that leaps to the eyes of any traveler that is cultured in Italy.
Then just go into any supermarket to see what puts the mass in the cart and then into the stomach. Therefore also collapses the myth of Italian cuisine. It occurs sporadically but there is not everyday life.
Supermarkets, dominated by large retail chains are about the same all over the world and taste of the mass must be as uniform as possible just to meet the business needs of Masters of Food . Obesity is one of the great plagues contemporary all the more alarming in countries of the Americas where food distribution is strictly monopolized.
back to us, not enough then the tens of thousands of traditional regional Italian recipes to change the state of things. Fact:
a) these recipes are mostly too developed over the centuries precisely because the housewives, husbands and relatives wishing to show their creativity, cooked for hours and more cooked (baked) destroyed most of the ingredients start .. ... to make a good sauce takes hours, "said the grandmothers ... patients at the end ... in fact they ate all heavy stuff, overcooked!
b) In addition, housekeepers, cooks and chefs are often ignorant of past and present, therefore, exceed the use of fats and sugars. Even mix different proteins, many traditional dishes, lasagna and casseroles, appetizers, mixed meats and cheeses and Florentine with beans are tasty garbage from a nutritional point of view.
So the appeal to tradition is of little value.
E 'common ground that in Italy there is a range of food variety and extraordinary quality. This production, however, continues to be consumed by a few also because it happens that those products have a price. It is often not justified, but the fanatics of the bio are attracted by what coast is very well pay status.
Increase luckily the markets in which producers sell directly their products but in the meantime continue to spread gleaming shopping centers, new centers of sociability, along with the outlets, are the true temples of mass stupidity.
Countless Italian food products marked with a few brand name it is DOC, DOP or whatever but I just say these things .... the buffalo mozzarella is a PDO quality of long standing. But if the buffaloes graze in fields where the Camorra burning waste or spillage become buffalo mozzarella quality. And the examples could go on .... the famous pizza is made with melted cheese but the cheese is manufactured by unscrupulous companies sometimes .... The quality can be poisonous and therefore often do not recognize the poison on the palate. Ingurgita and acts when it is inside. As already noted
recently, with the production quality designations are also not exempt from the infiltration of genetically modified soya and maize now virtually ubiquitous in the food industry.
Recently I was in Malta to host a courageous family who practice organic farming in a difficult environment quality. They are very knowledgeable and attentive to the relationship between diet and environment. David and Mary have a horse and poultry that are fed with feed purchased in the local consortia. They can not however find a feed with no traces of GM soya ... they gave me the labels of the delicious products they buy. And 'stuff imported from neighboring lands in Malta, made somewhere. Out of respect for their horse, I pointed out that there are other ways to avoid the pitfalls of biotech companies and dealers that sell delicious feed, however, respecting the regulations labeling ... hopefully good.
The Maltese national dish is the Fenek , a rabbit cooked in various ways. Everyone eats in every party and gathering. Each restaurant offers it and also like the tourist crowds that infest the island. Even the rabbits are allevati in massa e stanno in gabbie in cui vengono nutriti con spazzatura GM.

How To Repair My Leather Vi
Truffle Butter, Parmesan and GM Soya
*
I prefer the wild rocket and thyme, but the tuber is fascinating to me from a botanical point of view. That's why I participated. Around its aroma has created a good business, though it is a blunder, and also because there are so many fessacchiotti happy to pay so much just for a few tens of grams to dress a toast or an egg. Then, after touching the sky with a finger, go back to eating the fries and the usual power-based pasta and meat.
I listened carefully to the nice and friendly food and wine. I feel admiration for these people who can smell the artichokes in oil and one of blueberry wine. I find it extraordinary the amount of adjectives that riescono a sfoderare per descrivere cose in fondo banali.
Also because you do not know the impact.
If the white truffle to taste good we end up ingesting the poison, it seems advisable to give up the tuber and opt for the wild rocket. You save twice and you keep finches. Better, if anything, the black truffle that costs less and can be combined with a healthy oil.
About GM soya, I invite readers, and readers to look at food and wine, below, the beautiful documentary on the history of Monsanto . Who did not already know he also learns what are the PCB. Enjoy.

Do Chickens Get Ringworm
Case and Power ... Comments on Lifestyles Disseminated
* This blog is not been updated for more than four months. The long hiatus is due to the fact that I had much work to do, the summer was full of commitments that have added to my usual activities so much so that I even had to give up to my usual cycling tour in September. This despite my formal conditions are very good and now, just left a nice sauna, go back to compose some thoughts. Also to meet the many readers who, a little disappointed and a little worried in recent weeks I have written.
Several months ago I asked a good friend to help me make a carpenter's job in the restructuring. I had no time or desire to do everything myself, and so, being also need to contribute to a bricklayer, carpenter, introduced me to his friend Nicholas. Nicola told me that he participated in the restoration of the Cathedral of Siena and went to work assisted by his son Enzo, but already the first day I realized that it was two pitchers. They did not know to do their job. Nicola soon threw in the towel and asked her brother Joseph to replace him. The good Joseph (I came as a former foreman of the famous manufacturer Impregilo) intervened helped by the friendly son Michael, but after a decent start, the two remedies outrageous mistakes. Reluctantly I had to liquidate them.
But it would be boring besides pointless exercise. It is often said that "the Italians are creative." I think you are referring to exceptions.
E 'be helpful in relation to the topics covered in this blog, make a few observations based on direct experience accumulated over the years:
1) Italian homes (to limit ourselves to this part of the world but the same considerations apply elsewhere) are generally worthwhile because those who inhabit them, that they design and build that they have no culture of 'living. There are exceptions, but this is the norm.
2) in poorly constructed houses we live badly. A good deal of health problems of Italians from the fact that they live in unhealthy homes, full of poisons and no natural light. Without natural light the brain does not work ergo there must be a correlation between the rate of mass stupidity and quality of places of 'living mass. Many new apartments have bathrooms without windows. I understand that it overlooking the forest is a privilege reserved for few, but I do not understand how one can defecate well in rooms without natural light. It 's a terrible limitation. In return, the houses are full of standard ports, in addition to stealing several square meters otherwise useful, are a symptom of narrow-mindedness.
3) The residential sector accounts for about 30% domestic consumption of electricity gross and about 30% of total energy consumption. The construction and management of houses is the key area that requires drastic action in order to reduce overall energy costs and the load of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere.
Various Nicholas, Joseph and colleagues believe that the cement and construction material is great, if not blocked, puts it anywhere they can. It's worth mentioning that the cement production is a major cause of anthropogenic emissions of CO_2. The cement industry contribution to global production of greenhouse gases is estimated at 5% dunque assai rilevante.
E 'then interesting to note that all these Omoni then and there appear to be very strong after a while may become weak. What these people have in common that make a real slice of Italy?
a) They are all pumped full of drugs, even the very young, at least they were operated ulcer or diabetes. Weigh on the regional and national health care system and therefore also on me. I do not see why I devas pay fixed contributions and savory in this system which, however, does not use ever since my last entry in an Italian pharmacy dates back to 1995 and was by mistake.
b) I'm addicted to cigarettes, they spend a significant fraction of the time Working smoke and throw cigarette butts on the ground, it is right to educate them.
c) They spend several hours of their days, even non-working, sitting in the blazing car. Money they spend for various rivers and burning fuel. Joseph came to visit me one Sunday morning at 12: he got up at six and had already done 700kms in motion, from the Tyrrhenian Sea to the Atlantic, with a group of friends. I said with a glint of pride that he was the leader!
d) Do not ever read a book and lead lives based on the boring routine.
e) They feed so horrible ... do not eat breakfast in the morning or, if they do, they swallow biscuits, jam and sweet stuff. There are those who eat biscuits and drinking UHT milk. The bongiorno starts in the morning. At mid-morning their labor productivity falls just ... it's hot start to sweat and complain ... lunch stop working and they swallow oiled pasta, meat and sausages ... at four in the afternoon are exhausted. It is said that "the Italians eat well, follow the Mediterranean diet." That fact does not exist.
f) In the evening, rattling in front of the TV. At 50 years are over.
E 'obvious, it is clear to me for years that the major energy issues of our time as long as they find positive solutions will not change radically the individual lifestyles prevailing in Italy and many parts of the world. Environmental issues are, in this sense, a consequence of the absence of mass culture. I'll be back with concrete examples on this link.
The UNIVERSITA' DI SIENA NOT THINK OF A PLAN TO RELAUNCH ...... Where to go?
It's been now more than a year after the scandal of the economic crisis University of Siena.
It's been two years since this party denounced the local press that the University of Siena had become the University of "Bengodi. If
reckoning of the legacy that we are experiencing today is a university that should be revived, a university that is not what it used up some time ago, a university reference to the southern middle class that inscribes their children in that small island was happy that Siena small quiet town in central Italy with a renowned university.
Today the scenario has changed, the inscribed decrease from year to year and the choices manegeriali deteriorated visibly, do not invest in the future, not thinking of a plan to raise the quality of training, is not expected to projects in the round involving the formation but also the everyday life of students outside seat, do not you think the advertising of a 'universities, which until a few years ago had the great honor of being fit for man to come and teach and where it was a pleasure and a privilege.
Today we are faced with choices to "more on mass than on quality, unfortunately, to deal with holes in open enrollment courses easier for those achieving a simple piece of paper.

SIENA, THE PD NOT INVEST IN YOUTH!
The 2010 leaves us with an increase in youth unemployment in our area, certainly is not the province of Siena from the top of national rankings, however, see an unemployment rate of 5.1% growing leaves us perplexed to say the least.
Our government speak of system resources Siena, in short, that system of the MPS Foundation which until now has made the city of Siena and its province island happy because Siena had the privilege of prepro resources. It is true
ggi are much lower than those of the past, but their gift remains unclear who is the other side of the bank, if it is true that resources are lower today, it would be equally important that the people who administer these resources administered by the father of the family and thought to children that tomorrow will be the future, not with old logic elargisse resources related party rents position or welfarism, because in time you create only young people who can.
Government action is going in the opposite direction to that of local government, then we believe in the right direction, the measures taken so far, in fact it deals with the economic crisis by supporting capacity development based on corporate giving to those who wants the opportunity to assume responsibility to take economic initiatives and contribute to an economy able to offer everyone the opportunity of a job, Siena, however, despite its resources can only create unemployment increases from year to year, the PDL and wants to wants to see clearly that these resources are invested in the future and the future of young people who have to live it.

Paint Color Light Olive
and Climate Change media manipulation
*
Many will remember how, during the cold January of this year, the media gave great prominence to contained some errors in the fourth report on Climate Change drawn by scientists of the 'International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) . Those mistakes unleashed the joy of those small groups who still deny the evidence of changes in climate and still maintain that human behavior has no effect on the climate itself. According to them, well-fed by oil companies and coal lobbies , humans can safely continue to burn fossil fuels that nothing much will change. The few errors of assessment by the IPCC was therefore an opportunity to discredit the entire work of the IPCC.
E 'right to state that the IPCC does not create new literature, but collects the scientific work produced by hundreds of groups of climate scientists around the world and tries to summarize the results in order to offer choices to those responsible for agriculture policies ( policymakers) a scenario that is reliable about the real state of health of the planet. The scientific enterprise is generally too complex and climatology è materia complessa.
La Ministra Cramer chiese all'Agenzia Olandese per la Protezione Ambientale (PBL) di riesaminare l'affidabilità del lavoro di sintesi dell'IPCC e la correttezza of certain statements relating in particular to the melting of glaciers dell'Hymalaia and the portion of the Netherlands which is actually below sea level.
Now the evaluation of the Dutch is ready and can be read by all . There were some inaccuracies in the preparation of the IPCC report of 2007, but there is no doubt that the central body of the IPCC's analysis on the increase in global average temperatures, which increase levels of the impact on oceans and coastal regions Earth is incorrect. So, in January we looked at the straw that breaks the beam ignoring the classic eye ... a storm in a glass of water.
In this hot summer of 2010 certainly makes good reading and meditating on the ratio of PBL in anticipation of the fifth report of the IPCC. We can continue to live as usual, removing the fact that lifestyles common in this part of the world are unsustainable?

Funny Volleyball Sayings
INTERVENTION TO CITY COUNCIL ON OPEN 'ODG CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LIST OF STATEMENTS OF ASSETS WILL' FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT - Biological tests -
The living will is a complex issue, an issue that is now seen conflicting opinions from all political parties, on the other hand is one of those topics that are formed within us slowly, depending our personal experiences, cultural, religious and family.
The moment when life is about to abandon us or our loved ones is a private moment, personal and complex, you can not give an opinion in advance of decisions right or wrong at that moment so private and personal, which the end of their lives or the life of a dear beloved.
Often we feel powerless in the face with a situation where you just pull out a machine for not seeing our beloved suffer, well I think any of us, of any political hue, to make judgments about it, nobody can syndicate the last will each of us, but it is equally true that it is a very sensitive issue and staff is very necessary to have no gaps in legislation, including a relationship with their family doctor, who can the family doctor about any citizen who intends to use this method all his rights, but still this is not in Italy and that is why I am astounded by the manipulation that you want to make a very complex subject and personal as that of the so-called living will, living will mean if the expression of will by the testator, provided in terms of mental clarity, on the therapy that is intended or will not accept in the event that should be in a position of inability to express their right to consent or not consent to the proposed treatment for illness or injury tramautiche irreversible brain or disabling diseases that force you to permanent treatments or machines with artificial systems that prevent a normal life, well then I would remind this body that does not yet exist any specific national legislation on living wills, the testator does not yet exist any format writes what he thinks at that moment and is often referred to topics such as heterogeneous organ donation, cremation, pain therapy, artificial nutrition, aggressive treatment, with no restrictions, then it is necessary to clarify that the records refer to which the motion would have no legal significance, would only further this majority to throw dust in the eyes of our citizens, it could result in the race for a living will, living will that is not!
With a motion of such people, believe that the town of Montepulciano is provided through the center-left a registry for living wills, but as we all know that will not be at this time because our Parliament has not yet legislated on the subject, it will, but still has not done, then it is useless to set up a registry that would dead letter, for what purpose? To allow more in this next to exploit complex issues, which we all know that the public interest, because they feel close and to our fellow citizens into believing that this administration has given the possibility to choose whether to live or die, so I that this motion makes fun of people because people would think of plotting to bring the limit to their suffering, thing they do not exist in Italy the legal instruments necessary to have such a will, this administration should take some 'cue from the government of doing and start investing money in projects that have a future, not in the records which only serve to fill your mouth!
that a municipality like ours should strive for what is within its competence, in fact, they should know that this city has no jurisdiction until at least not nationally legislated on how and why the living will.

Where Can I Watchmega Man 2010
INTERVENTION TO CITY COUNCIL OPEN homophobia
Il Parlamento Europeo nel testo della risoluzione sull'Omofobia del 18/1/2006 considers homophobia "a fear and aversion of homosexuality and gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people based on prejudice and similar to racism, xenophobia, antisemitism and sexism", then we clarify what is meant by prejudice: the prejudice is a preconceived opinion, an opinion given a priori, without true foundations that lead us to develop our own. In the case of homophobia prejudice is a feeling of isolation and hostility toward a person living in a state other than the majority population. The injury is spread when an interpretation of the complex and multifaceted reality leads us to our security through prservare process simplification.
Between 2006 and 2007 were 42 recorded crimes against gay and transgender people, specifically: 11 murders, 23 rape, eight acts of vandalism; last summer have been frequent incidents of discrimination, it is often very serious episodes of violence against other human beings, just because homosexuals, violence motivated only by hatred of a different state, then by racism.
The European Parliament in various resolutions establishing the principle of non-discrimination on sexual orientation and art. 3 of our Constitution is clear:
"All citizens have equal social dignity and are equal before the law, without distinction of sex, race, language, religion, political opinion, personal and social conditions.
is the duty of the Republic to remove obstacles to economic and social nature which constrain the freedom and equality of citizens, prevent the full development of the human person and the effective participation of all workers in the political, economic and social development of the country. "
E 'departs for these reasons that our minister for equal opportunities, Mara Carfagna, presented the 9/11/2009 the first corporate campaign to raise awareness against homophobia and gender discrimination, investing around two million euro to raise the Italians and make everyone understand that homophobia is a disease from which one can heal.
"no difference" is the name of the campaign implemented by the Minister Carfagna and a public awareness campaign that has proved very useful, it is only by talking that we can break the cultural taboos that we carry from our history, we are in 2010 and we can not nor want to hear about diversity, normal, but it is equally true that it is simplistic to approve a document which speaks only to fight homophobia and transphobia, we want a document that allows us to break down all walls violence.
Speaking of homophobia, as I said earlier, is like talking about racism, homophobia, however, because can be regarded as a facet of it, then personally I would not have any difficulty in expressing condemnation of violence against homosexuals, but it is also true that the problem is much broader, about crimes that every day he sees as victims not only homosexuals but ven women, elderly and children ....
I do not consider homosexuals nor trans different and that is why I can not vote on a motion where it is addressed to a single category, because that emphasize a diversity of attitudes towards those who are not different, the fundamental point is to educate respect for all, regardless of sexual habits, so it's just, I think, act as our government is acting with awareness campaigns to encourage reaching a socio-cultural aspect that aims all'euguaglianza people.
I strongly agree with the last part of the motion, we can not talk about cultural diversity, we want to talk to our children a culture of rights and duties to all and for all! I do not think, as I said, homosexuals or cross different, I think they like us, I think they are our people who have the same rights and obligations, and that can not be judged for their sexual habits, but I can not even afford that talk to the younger generation as a culture of diversity, I like my government also wants and how he wants The Minister Carfagna break down this taboo, but we certainly can not overthrow the assumption of different! The
Il Parlamento Europeo nel testo della risoluzione sull'Omofobia del 18/1/2006 considers homophobia "a fear and aversion of homosexuality and gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people based on prejudice and similar to racism, xenophobia, antisemitism and sexism", then we clarify what is meant by prejudice: the prejudice is a preconceived opinion, an opinion given a priori, without true foundations that lead us to develop our own.

After ten years ....
20/01/2010 marks the tenth anniversary of the death of Craxi in Italy and, as usual, there are many controversies, certainly those that struck me most is that Di Pietro, who as usual never loses the 'opportunity to keep quiet. The leader of IDV, in fact, the cirticato intervenmto of Minzolini said that the Tg1 "Craxi A statesman does not need rehabilitation," and Di Pietro countered by threatening to sue because Minzolini and denounce the House who is paid by the Fee bias can not afford to tell .... well, now account arises, but Santoro Travaglio and then? When the PDL attacks certain attitudes of the public television was attacked and told that this is a shame, for stone can afford to attack everything and everyone, to dispense free threats and attacks that also have little sense? What
said Minzolini truth is sacrosanct, it is true that Craxi is now part of our history and we should learn to discuss them with greater detachment, because it helps us to appreciate the values and to detect errors. It 'true that Craxi was a great statesman, as it is undeniable that the crime of carrying Tangentopoli, namely the illegal financing of political parties, was been the subject of an amnesty only two years earlier: a sponge that preserve some and give others. The truth is that a political solution was given a court. And the one who had the courage to ask the question in these terms, that is, Craxi, was sent to the guillotine. For this Craxi would never wear the clothes of the accused. What iol leader says IDV, are serious accusations that they want to end up always on the same side, they said that "Minzolini can not compare to a corrupt Pope Craxi has been repeatedly convicted of corruption res judicata. Money did not end the party, but in their accounts. It also has received billions into the account by All Iberian TV entrepreneur named Silvio. "It riodimensioni Di Pietro and admit that the most prosperous period of his life has gone down in history and we must realize that to be looked at with eyes more detached and objective way, so we realize that Craxi has done much for our generation and for HIS ITALY.

Councillors want the abolition of the PDL Consortium of Reclamation, the Centre-Left says "no"
- In the last City Council of the PDL advisers have presented an agenda in which they asked the Council, the Mayor and Board of commitment in repealing of land reclamation consortiums.
"The majority of Councillors and the Mayor" - PDL advisers attack - "as usual can afford to make fun, in fact their response to our question was at least curious, they said that the consortia do not exist anymore, and now a question arises, what is that tax that all homeowners have found themselves delivered to the mailbox sent by the Union of Towns of the Val di Chiana Senese EDAL reclamation No. 32 Valdichiana country, entitled to charge the consortium management of reclamation district No. 32 Valdichiana country? Now "- continue the PDL Board -" do not believe this administration that underlie most of these toys, as we have stated in> the Council is useless continuare a prendere in giro i cittadini cambiando i nomi ma lasciando sempre la stessa sostanza, infatti in questo caso, come in molti altri, la nostra amministrazione vigliaccamente ha aderito all’Unione dei Comuni della “Valdichiana Senese” che praticamente corrisponde alla vecchia Comunità e Montana e per questo tributo, come per l’ente che lo emette, non era facile mantenere sempre lo stesso nome, quindi è stato cambiato il nome da Consorzio per la Bonifica in “Comprensorio di Bonifica”, ma che modo chiaro è questo di operare? Noi” – concludono i Consiglieri Pdl – “rinnoviamo ancora l’invito di eliminare il tributo e proveremo a ripresentare ancora nel prossimo Consiglio our question, we hope that the majority, at least this time, wants to give a satisfactory answer to this objection and should assume their responsibility in the choices we have not shared and widely debated, even before the fighting attitude of this elegant little left. The school wants the center-right. The PDL attacks the Democratic Party in the Council Comunale.
In the last city council for the center-Montepulciano group has filed a motion on the national policies of the school, strongly criticizing the national government, the PDL, however, in an 'intervention Councillor Ciolfi, took sides in favor of the Decree Gelmini and described in an analytical measures of the government.
"we can no longer subject to the lies of the Left, it's time that citizens know and understand in depth what are the measures taken "- say the directors of the PDL -" is not true that the measures provide for Government cuts the number of teaching and teacher for next year, some of the urgency to rearrange the resources in the school there, in fact, today 97% of resources are im bent on staff, without investing in innovation, but no one has ever talked about layoffs, or rather we should remember the 500 new hires dell'ann0o in progress only in the Region of Tuscany, we can no longer support a school where he invests only 0.37% building, technological innovation, or security. The cut of 7%, of which we keep hearing about is the result of a rationalization necessary, but will be gradual and spread over three years compared to even the scales of retirement, it is also true that the region of Tuscany, in contrast to other 12 Italian Regions center-right and center-left has not yet activated additional social safety nets, proving once more and a more controversy than to the institutional cooperation in good faith, it's time to stop - continue the Directors - "to say that the full-time will be deleted, is not it, even with the introduction of the single teacher is more staff on hand because no one is laid off, in fact, Tuscany were added 145 full-time classes in more than a total of 3,077 full-time classes and any school that has been sought has not obtained, it is certain that the school must not become just a social safety net, a "place of waiting" parents will be put in place to prevent this, strong social policy alongside the full time they see the school as one of the many people who can give concrete answers to the families .
We agree with the good school for two reasons: 1 - today the school is discriminating who can choose who can not. This is not good. The school is public when offering a public service, but who provides a public service is not necessarily the state. 2 - families must always be able to choose and where is the responsibility of the institutions can not guarantee c0ondozioni equal opportunities. We also believe that the Gelmini decree approached with care and common sense, some inescapable points such as the reintroduction of the vote in conduct to combat bullying, the reintroduction of civics education and evaluation raises a number that more clearly. As for the support this year in Tuscany there are 5650 teachers support more than last year and it is not true that children with disabilities gravi9 are not followed, even in the face del fatto che per il sostegno dei bambini con handicap interviene il Ministero e attiva il sostegno.
